Lightning Reports
Lightning measurements are important additional information in respect to thunderstorms and hail. There are different systems in different weather services in use.
The characteristics for lightning measurements are:
- Space resolution: ????
- Time resolution: continuous
- Forecast period: observations; are the input for nowcasting models and systems of thunderstorms
