The meteorological measurements support the idea gained from satellite images as there are fog and icing reports in the
black area ("Black Fog") and reports of clear sky in the grey area around.
"As in the examples before, fill the table below. It shall give you indication what can be extracted with which certainty from this basic satellite material for Fog and Stratus."
